Minisha is an AI Educator and founder of MindShift AI, a UK-based AI training and enablement company delivering bespoke programmes to global enterprise teams. Her mission is straightforward: to make AI genuinely accessible to the people who need it most, the everyday people, not just the ones building technology.

With over 60,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram, Minisha has built one of the UK’s most engaged communities around AI literacy for non-technical audiences. She is an active creator on official creator programmes with OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and Coursera, keeping her at the forefront of how AI is evolving and ensuring that knowledge reaches as many people as possible.
