María Inés Díaz
María Inés Díaz, Biologist with mention in bioprocesses (2004) and degree in Biological Sciences (2003) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. PhD in Biochemistry (2016). Diploma in international negotiations from LSE, London. Internships at the Pasteur Institute, Paris, France and the University of Alberta, Canada. Lecturer in innovation and entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Engineering, Science and Technology, Universidad Bernardo O’Higgins at UBO since 2016. He has won several awards in innovation such as: Look North AMCHAM (2017), Start-Jerusalem (2018) and Fit for Partnership with Germany, organized by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) that allowed to know the German entrepreneurship system. She has led several projects of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Science, belongs to several societies of women entrepreneurs worldwide and is a mentor of the CORFO agency that connects for science-based technology companies under the Ministry of Economy of Chile.
