Marcus Nolte

Marcus Nolte received his B. Sc. & M. Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany in 2012 and 2014, respectively. He got in touch with the field of automated driving as a student, working on computer vision algorithms for a 1:10 scale model vehicle for the Carolo-Cup [Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8TAgyljIOo]. Currently, he is finishing his PhD as a research associate at the Institute of Control Engineering at TU Braunschweig. His research interest is in safety-related topics for automated driving systems, including behavior definition, system architecture, safety assurance, as well as self- & risk-aware behavior generation.
