Marcos is a Full Professor at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). A physicist with a strong academic background and over two decades of experience in research, teaching, and outreach in the field of quantum computing and quantum information, he co-founded QuaTI and his research focuses on quantum optics, entanglement of states in continuous variables, and fundamental aspects of quantum information theory.
