I’m Dr. Manpreet Kaur—a developmental psychologist turned Strategy & Product Director with 12+ years of global experience at the intersection of **human-centered AI, systems design, stakeholder alignment, and ethical innovation**.

 

I help VCs, founders, and impact leaders de-risk innovation, design scalable solutions, and cut through the noise—so they can focus on vision, results, and real-world change, not tech bottlenecks.

 

My approach combines deep behavioral insight, design thinking, and systems strategy. Whether I’m aligning multi-sector stakeholders, guiding AI product roadmaps, or translating complexity into clarity—I build with empathy, scalability, and measurable outcomes in mind.

But my edge isn’t just strategy. It’s the perspective I bring.

 

I began my career supporting children in underserved communities—from the slums of New Delhi to conflict zones in India’s Red Corridor. I worked with thousands of children across 6 countries, sharpening my understanding of systems, trauma, and trust.

 

A moment that shaped me: A child once asked, “Will I ever feel safe online again?”

That question stayed with me. It’s why I design not just smart systems, but safe, dignified, human-centered ones.

 

My work is personal. I come from a lineage of resilience—descendant of Partition survivors, granddaughter of a Kashmir-deployed veteran, daughter of a martyr and genocide survivor. I don’t just build tech. I build trust, care, resilience and courage into every product I lead.
