Luca Valcarenghi
Luca Valcarenghi is an Associate Professor at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa, Italy, since 2014. He published more than 200 papers in International Journals and Conference Proceedings. He actively participated in the TPC of several IEEE conferences, such as Globecom and ICC. Dr. Valcarenghi received a Fulbright Research Scholar Fellowship in 2009 and a JSPS “Invitation Fellowship Program for Research in Japan (Long Term)” in 2013. His main research interests are optical networks design, analysis, and optimization; communication networks reliability; energy efficiency in communications networks; fixed and mobile network integration; 5G transport. He is an IEEE Senior Member.
