Lindsay Strouse

Lindsay Strouse leads global partnerships for Digital Skills and Inclusion at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a not-for-profit advising political leaders on strategy, policy, and delivery with technology as an enabler for positive transformation. By combining cutting edge technology with deep policy expertise, her team unites government leaders, corporate innovators and citizens to reimagine and co-create the future of public systems. This includes building strategic partnerships and designing solutions that equips governments with skills to lead in the age of AI, and citizens and students to achieve better outcomes through technology. 

With over a decade of experience, Lindsay is an expert in making technology more accessible and impactful. Prior to TBI, she helped launch products such as Google Assistant and built global startup and digital business ecosystems at Google. Lindsay has led social impact communities, and is the founder of corporate wellbeing brand, workwell. She brings deep expertise in brand and product strategy, marketing, and partnerships, with a global track record across the US, UK, and Asia.

Lindsay holds degrees from the University of Oxford and NYU, serves on the ITU AI Skills Coalition Steering Committee, is a passionate advocate for inclusive innovation, mindfulness, the arts and lifelong learning.
