Li Jichao

Li JiChao serves as the Director of the AI Task Office at the China Branch of the BRICS Institute of Future Networks (BIFNC) in Shenzhen.He has developed and open-sourced a robotics operating system and a large-model public service platform tailored for embodied intelligence. These innovations have been commercially deployed across sectors including education, energy, and low-altitude economy.

Previously, at the Artificial Intelligence Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), he played a key role in drafting national standards such as the LLM Capability Consortium Standard and the Embodied Intelligence Foundation Model Alliance Specification. Serving as the contact person and Deputy Secretary General of the AIIA Embodied Intelligence Working Group, he established its expert committee and Secretariat, and authored the influential report Panoramic Landscape and Trends of Embodied Intelligence.

Before that, he worked as a Senior Algorithm Researcher at Tencent Advertising and an NLP Engineer in the recommendation team at ByteDance, where he applied AI and NLP technologies to enhance the core algorithmic infrastructure for large-scale services like TikTok and Toutiao.
