Kokouvi Aményo Dogoe (Joachim) is a development project manager, strategic planning specialist, and organizational governance professional with over three years of experience in coordinating and providing technical assistance for impact social projects. Currently serving as Technical Advisor/Assistant at PADIE Services Afrique Sarl, he plays a crucial role in institutional relations, project development, and resource mobilization for local development.
Holding a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Development Project Management and a Higher Technician Certificate in Local Development Facilitation, Joachim Dogoe is currently pursuing a Master’s in Governance and Organizational Management at the Institute for Training and Research for Sustainable Development (IFORDD) in Lomé. His expertise spans humanitarian project cycles, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, and local diplomacy.
Passionate about inclusion, sustainable development, and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, Joachim Dogoe actively contributes to initiatives that protect young people, promote gender equality, and enhance climate resilience. As a United Nations Volunteer, he is involved in strategic planning missions and capacity-building efforts for local governments and civil society organizations. His interest in AI drives him to explore how technology can optimize governance, strengthen decision-making, and foster innovative, data-driven solutions for social impact.
