Kevin Ding

With nearly two decades of experience in international education, Kevin Ding specializes in global talent development, liberal arts education, and AI-era competency development.

As Academic Dean of Arete College, he leads academic strategy, curriculum innovation, and educational system development. Under the college’s dual-track model combining liberal arts education with industry practice, he oversees programs that integrate AI literacy, entrepreneurship, and project-based learning to prepare students for the future of work.

Working with hundreds of enterprise partners, Arete College has established a comprehensive industry collaboration ecosystem spanning career exploration, industry projects, internships, employment, and global leadership development, creating an integrated pathway from education to career.

Kevin is committed to equipping the next generation with the knowledge, practical experience, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in the AI era, combining academic excellence with real-world learning to develop globally minded innovators and future leaders.
