Karen Beauné

Karen has more than 20 years of experience as a marketing leader in the tech industry and fast growing companies. She worked for Snowflake as an external consultant in 2018, before being appointed VP of Marketing for APJ and EMEA in 2020.

For the last 4 years, she has been leading the marketing team in EMEA as well as the Global Localization Team.

Since 2024, Karen leads End Data Disparity (EDD) as Chair of the Expert Panel. EDD, a movement initiated by Snowflake, is dedicated to tackling the data gaps and silos that prevent meaningful societal progress from being made.

Prior to that, Karen worked for Palo Alto Networks in the cybersecurity space. She served as EMEA Marketing Director for 8 years, building the EMEA marketing team from scratch. She also worked for companies like Polycom and Genesys Conferencing.
