Junghwan Lim

Motif Technologies CEO leading one of Korea’s most technically advanced AI companies, pioneering a vertically integrated AI stack in Korea – from chips and infrastructure to models and applications. He leads the company’s technology vision, product strategy, and commercialization efforts across AI infrastructure, foundation models, and real-world AI deployment. Under his leadership, Motif Technologies is building scalable, production-grade AI systems designed for enterprise and industrial applications, with a strong focus on performance optimization and end-to-end AI capabilities. Prior to founding Motif Technologies, he held AI and data science roles at Samsung Research and PUBG Studios. He earned a Ph.D. from University of Oxford and a B.S. from KAIST, two of the world’s leading institutions in science and technology.
