Jonathan Russo

Jon works at the intersection of Business, Software, and Hardware, leading engineering and business teams to create AI-forward features that add real value to the lives of everyday people. He has helped define, design and launch multiple audio products built upon Femtosense’s AI processors and algorithms, from hearing aids and hearing protection headsets that treat and prevent hearing loss, to voice interfaces that increase accesibility and perform with less bias. He has a passion for creating useful AI applications that deliver meaningful value to the world, as opposed to building widgets that don’t deliver much impact.  In his off time, he enjoys reading, working with his local Rotary club, and playing pickleball.
