Julia is the COO & Co-Founder of CloEE, a Finnish AI Digital Agent helping discrete manufacturing companies of any size boost productivity through AI-driven operations. CloEE won the People’s Choice Energy & Innovation Awards and ranked #1 in the F6S Top 10 Emissions Monitoring Startups globally. In 2024, Julia was selected for the UC Berkeley SkyDeck Accelerator, becoming part of the TOP 1% of global founders.

With 10+ years in communications and marketing, Julia founded the IT & VC Unicorns community (3,000+ members) to empower founders worldwide. She also launched BeGlobe, a communications agency helping companies scale across the UK, Europe, and the US. BeGlobe works with global tech brands, including Sumsub, Gero.ai, Efferon, InDrive, Mellow, Native Teams, Essence App, Albus Protocol, Jet Sharing, and more — many of which are official WEF partners. BeGlobe is also an official partner of one of New York’s largest marketing agencies.

Previously, Julia led communications at VRTech Global, supporting its subsidiary, Neurogaming, which is recognized as one of the fastest-growing VR companies globally. Later, as Deputy Director of Communications at Digital Economy NGO, she led Digital Lesson, a global EdTech initiative reaching learners in 100+ countries, delivering 25M+ content accesses in two years and generating 10,000+ media coverages, earning PROBA, RUPOR, and Silver Archer awards.J
