H.E. Ms. Reem Al Mansoori

Her Excellency Reem Al Mansoori, Assistant Undersecretary of Digital Industry Affairs at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) Qatar, is instrumental in supporting the Qatar Digital Agenda, specifically driving Qatar’s digital economy, skills, and innovation under her leadership. Leading the TASMU Smart Qatar program, she connects sectors through innovtive solutions, creating a collaborative ecosystem where data seamlessly integrates improving the overall quality of life for people living in Qatar.

Her vision focuses on positioning Qatar as a global tech hub, fostering national ICT talent while attracting international expertise and businesses.

As a member of the Shura Council and Ambassador of Women Political Leaders in Qatar (WPL), she consistently advocates for peace, human rights, and empowering Qatari women.

In addition to her government role, she holds board positions in prestigious organizations, including Qatar Science and Technology Park, Carnegie Mellon, Al Jazeera Network, and Qatar Airways. She serves as a global advisor at Gartner. She has an MSc in Computational Intelligence from the University of Plymouth, UK, and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Her Excellency Reem Al Mansoori’s contributions span the government and private setior, technology and innvoation and women’s empowerment in Qatar, making her a key figure in advancing Qatar’s digital landscape and societal progress.
