H.E. Ms. Kadra Ahmed Hassan

H.E. Kadra Ahmed Hassan is currently the Chair of the Special Committee on Trade and Development (CTDSS) at the WTO since November 2019. She also coordinates the LDC group at the World Trade Organization, as well as chairs the coordination committee of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). H.E. is a member of the Advisory Centre on WTO Law (ACWL) Board. Since 2021, H.E. is the Chair of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Elaboration of Complementary Standards, Human Rights Council (HRC) and since 2025, a member of the Human Rights Council’s Advisory Board on Gender Equality, as well as a senior member of AWLN Djibouti.
