Gandham Neelima

Dr. Gandham Neelima is a pediatric anesthetist by training and a visionary leader by passion. While practicing medicine, her deep interest in technology and innovation led her to co-lead some of India’s most ambitious ventures in robotics, space, and textiles through Anvi Robotics, Anvi Space, and Anvi Textiles, alongside her husband and entrepreneur, Kisshhan PSV.

Bridging healthcare and advanced technology, Dr. Neelima brings a unique perspective to the role of AI and robotics in solving real-world challenges. Under her leadership, Anvi Robotics has pioneered innovations in surveillance robots, humanoids, and automation, while Anvi Space has been shaping India’s foray into space robotics and exploration.

As part of her broader mission, she has been actively contributing to the All India Robotics Association (AIRA), driving initiatives that integrate technology with social impact—from disaster management robotics to space exploration and future-ready industries.

Her journey from the operating room to the boardroom exemplifies the power of interdisciplinary leadership, inspiring how medical expertise, compassion, and technology can come together to build a safer, more resilient, and innovative future.
