Fredrick Endeki

Fredrick Endeki is a Technology Governance and Digital Transformation Leader with over
20 years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and data-driven
policy innovation. He has played a key role in advancing digital health initiatives and ICT
governance frameworks within Kenya’s public sector, fostering systems that strengthen
resilience, accountability, and service delivery.
An active member of ISACA Kenya Chapter and a social media advocate for ISACA Global, he
also belongs to professional bodies such as the IEEE Computer Society, Internet Society
Kenya, and the Association of Certiϐied Fraud Examiners.
Fredrick has shared insights at major international ICT forums including CyFrica, Africa
Tech Festival, East Africa Cloud & Cyber Security Summit, Leaders in Africa, and Digital
Space Accelerators, and has participated in high-level dialogues at the Digital
Transformation Africa Forum hosted by the U.S. Embassy. He has also served as a panelist at
the Intelligent ICT Awards, contributing thought leadership to discussions on innovation
and digital resilience.
Passionate about leadership and community empowerment, he continues to champion
ethical technology adoption, mentorship, and policy-driven digital transformation across
Africa’s ICT ecosystem.
