Francisco J. Marmolejo Cossío

Francisco J. Marmolejo Cossío is a Berkman Klein Fellow and postdoctoral fellow in Computer Science at Harvard SEAS, as well as an incoming Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Boston College. He serves as the Director of Operations for the EAAMO research initiative (Equity and Access in Algorithms, Mechanisms, and Optimization), a non-profit promoting algorithmic solutions for and by impacted communities. Francisco also founded and directs the International Summer of Science, a program that supports Indigenous female students in Mexico to pursue research on issues relevant to their communities, which has now served more than 60 women researchers from 12 indigenous communities in Mexico. His research spans applied modeling, optimization, and algorithmic game theory, with applications in resource allocation and blockchain technology.
