Her role contributes to the broader Nestlé Needs YOUth ambition to create opportunities that help the next generation thrive.

In parallel, Cristina plays a key role in Nestlé R&D’s digital transformation, focusing on the human impact of technology. She leads initiatives that help more than 4,000+ colleagues worldwide build digital fluency, adopt AI responsibly, and leverage digital tools to drive efficiency and unlock business value. Her work blends capability building, cultural change, and strategic upskilling, ensuring teams are not only future‑ready but able to translate digital skills into meaningful operational and innovation outcomes.
