Caitlin Dolkart

Caitlin is a Managing Director at Flare leading the business, and expansion of the company throughout Kenya & the region. Flare saves lives and reduces distress and disability by networking ambulances and drastically reducing response times (by more than 10x). As a cloud, data, and AI infrastructure for emergency response, it is built to overhaul legacy systems and costs a mere fraction of traditional 911 infrastructures. Today, in Kenya, Flare operates the largest network of ambulances, responds to tens of thousands of emergency calls per year, and is the largest provider of post-crash care to Road Traffic Incidents (RTIs). Flare has been working to develop specific solutions for RTIs leveraging telematics to instantly alert emergency responders when an RTI occurs to further improve speed to care. Caitlin has spent her career working to improve health systems, and for the last 10 years across Africa. Prior to Flare, Caitlin was a director at the Clinton Foundation leading their cross-continental malaria program working with governments and the private sector on treatment and diagnosis programs.
