Ayda Dabiri is AI for Good’s Business Analytics and Online Community officer. Ayda has been on the AI for Good team since its inception in 2017, working on the annual in-person events, as well as the “all year, always online” programme that started in early 2020 following the COVID-19 pandemic and the content and community platform, the “Neural Network”, that launched in 2022. Additionally, Ayda was a member of the Secretariat of the ITU/WHO Focus Group on AI for Health (FG-AI4H) from 2018 to 2022. Her experience with ITU also includes supporting the ITU Telecom World conference in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2016, and completing an internship with the organization in 2015. Prior to rejoining ITU to work on AI for Good, Ayda was a Business Intelligence Analyst at GSMA in London, UK, where she provided data analytics and strategic insights for two of their Mobile for Development programmes working on health and agriculture.

Ayda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada and a Certificate of Higher Education in Infection and Immunity from the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education.
