Aslihan Ozcan

Aslihan Ozcan serves as a Partnership Specialist at UN Women Ukraine since December 2022. In this role, she leverages her expertise in international cooperation and political science to build strategic partnerships and secure political support and financial resources for Ukraine’s recovery and humanitarian efforts. An advocate for leveraging the technology for good, she integrates innovation and technology as key catalysts in these efforts. She brings to the position nine years of experience at the grassroots, national, regional, and international levels, with a focus and expertise on advancing women’s empowerment and rights and building ecosystems of the private sector, civil society, and governments for transformative change, toward the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.  

Aslihan holds a joint master’s degree in International Cooperation and Social Development from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Ca’Foscari University of Venice, and Montpellier. Her career is further defined by her specializations in mediation, negotiation, results-based management, and innovation.
