Alicia Morrison

Alicia Morrison is the Senior Director for Technology for Development at Mercy Corps. In this role, she is responsible for guiding organizational vision and strategy for the application of digital technologies and data science for Mercy Corps programs at scale. In her five years at Mercy Corps, Alicia has focused on enhancing the use of data-driven decision making and the innovative use of data science, geospatial technologies, AI/ML, and driving the adoption of cloud-based solutions. She has had a diverse international career spending time in the Middle East, Central Asia, East Africa, and Europe. Alicia holds a Master’s in Public Affairs and an MS in Environmental Systems Analysis and Modeling from Indiana University (Indiana, USA).
