As frontier AI becomes increasingly shaped by state decisions, access controls, and alliances, its most powerful capabilities are reaching a select few. Infrastructure remains concentrated in a small number of geographies, while the energy, skills, and capital required for safe deployment are scarcer still, raising the prospect of a two-speed AI economy. Convened by Access Partnership, this workshop brings together leaders from across industry, government, and institutions to tackle how access to frontier AI can be broadened to achieve ‘AI for all’.
The five themes of the workshop will address:
    1. Access to frontier capability
    2. Compute, energy, and grid
    3. Skills and institutional readiness
    4. Finance and investment
    5. Safe deployment in priority sectors
