UN agencies and partner organizations are experiencing extreme budget constraints and concern over beneficiary privacy, leading to new considerations for data collection and sharing. This interactive session shows how to break through these constraints using innovative data partnerships, marketplace models, and secure collaboration technologies. Participants will explore a real-world crisis response scenario where multiple agencies need coordinated insights, discovering how modern data ecosystems and AI can reduce costs while accelerating time-to-insight from weeks to hours.

Through hands-on demonstrations with realistic datasets, we will cover how integrating internal and external data with privacy tools enables powerful cross-agency collaboration without compromising data sovereignty. You will collaborate with others to identify specific collaboration opportunities while tackling real challenges around governance, integration, and organizational change. The session combines strategic vision with practical tools, ensuring attendees can immediately pilot collaborative data initiatives that demonstrate value before requiring major investments.
