This webinar presents an integrated approach to AI governance and security, based on the UNICC experience and services offered to the UN family. In the first part, a sustainable and non-invasive vision of the adoption of AI is proposed, understood as a continuous practice and not as an isolated project. The importance of defining SMART objectives, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and activating effective change management and monitoring processes is underlined. The session also includes a reflection on the ten UNICC guiding principles for AI. The second part is dedicated to security, with the introduction of a specific framework to protect AI systems, overcoming the limitations of traditional methods. The webinar offers a concrete methodology to strengthen the culture of AI security and governance within organizations.
