Chinmay Pandya

Dr Chinmay Pandya is Pro Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV), a university dedicated to integrating education, research, and social impact. Trained in medicine in India, he pursued advanced psychiatric training in the United Kingdom and earned Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). He subsequently served within the UK’s National Health Service, including as Associate Specialist in Older People Services at the West London Mental Health Trust, where he specialized in dementia and Alzheimer’s-related care.

A speaker, educator, and advocate for the intersection of science, spirituality, and human development, Dr Pandya returned to India in 2010 to join DSVV and advance its mission of research, education, and social transformation. He is also actively involved with the global All World Gayatri Pariwar movement, founded by his grandfather, the renowned scholar and philosopher Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya. His work focuses on fostering ethical leadership, holistic well-being, and values-based approaches to addressing contemporary societal challenges.
