Meriem Kilani

Meriem Kilani is a Digital Transformation and Program Management professional with over nine years of experience leading strategic technology and transformation initiatives across major organizations, including SNCF, EDF, Bouygues Télécom, and TDF. She works at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, helping organizations translate ambitious digital strategies into tangible outcomes.

Currently pursuing an MSc in Digital Transformation at ESSEC Business School, Meriem is passionate about the role of Artificial Intelligence, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies in addressing societal challenges and advancing sustainable development. She is the Editor-in-Chief of Heckelai, a webzine exploring the impact of AI on business, healthcare, and society, and actively mentors women pursuing careers in technology through organizations such as Elles Bougent, AnitaB.org, and Women in Tech.

A lifelong learner and language enthusiast, she is particularly interested in AI for Good, digital inclusion, and building bridges between technology, people, and public value.
