Raquel Martín Rodríguez

Nutritionist specialized in Sports Nutrition and Gastronomic Sciences with over 8 years of experience in the food sector, including roles at Unilever Netherlands in Marketing, Digital Commerce, and R&D. She combines expertise in gastronomy, innovation, business development, and ecosystem building. Currently, she leads the development of Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe), a hub of gastronomic innovation that encompasses education, entrepreneurship, innovation, and public programming. GOe belongs to the Basque Culinary Center, a reference educational center in gastronomic sciences & culinary arts. In GOe, she manages strategic partnerships with private and public institutions, and has overseen the launch of GOe’s first international hub, GIC Tokyo.
