Ravinithesh Annapureddy is a Digital Humanities Ph. D. candidate at EFPL and Social Computing Group at Idiap Research Institute. His research explores the intersection of human-computer interaction, participatory Artificial Intelligence, and AI literacy, with a focus on designing data-assisted participatory decision-making systems for urban governance. As part of European Union H2020-funded projects, Ravinithesh collaborates with European cities and NGOs to co-develop AI-driven civic tools that enhance community decision-making and foster trust between citizens and local authorities. His work integrates human-centered AI, computational democracy, and social computing to build inclusive, transparent, and accountable governance systems.
Before his Ph.D., he worked as a Data Scientist in the Product Development and Algorithm Development team at Ground Inc., Tokyo. He holds a Master’s in Digital Humanities from EPFL and a Computer Science Engineering degree from Mahindra École Centrale.

Ravinithesh is broadly interested in Human-Centered Computing and using Artificial Intelligence at the intersection of computational democracy, data journalism, and social good, particularly in urban resilience, digital democracy, and AI literacy. His work aims to empower communities to engage with AI technologies responsibly and effectively. He wishes to develop the next generation of citizens to use AI and related technologies in developing socio-technical innovations that foster transparency, inclusion, and participation, while also enhancing data literacy and AI competency in society.

Renzo Diaz Giunta is a Peruvian lawyer with a degree in Law from the University of Lima. He currently serves as the International Director of Constitutional Law at ODM (Organización Democrática Mundial por el Desarrollo), is a constitutional advisor to the Secretariat of Academic Affairs at the CIED of the National University San Antonio Abad of Cusco, and works as an associate lawyer at iGlobal Lawyer (Italy).

He has experience with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the Constitutional Court of Peru, and the Congress of the Republic of Peru. He is a member of the International Association of Constitutional Law (Sweden) and the Generation Democracy network of the International Republican Institute (USA). Additionally, he was a Youth Delegate to the Council of Europe in 2023 and a Fellow of IREX and USAID for the project “CREDIBLE: Voices of Youth.”

He also represented Peru at the XXXVII Meeting of High Authorities on Human Rights of Mercosur. Furthermore, during the coup d’état led by former Peruvian president Pedro Castillo in December 2022, he played a key role in restoring constitutional order by peacefully removing him from office using constitutional mechanisms, for which he received an award in 2023.

Rommel Infante is a Peruvian lawyer who graduated from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) and is a consultant specializing in digital law, personal data protection, and ICT regulation. He is the executive director and co-founder of Empatia Lab, an NGO dedicated to promoting the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, he is a member of the OECD Expert Group on AI Incidents.
Rommel has served as a public official for the Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, where he focused on AI regulation and data governance. In this role, he advised Peru’s representation negotiating the Council of Europe Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence, Human Rights, Democracy, and the Rule of Law.
He was a fellow at the Yenching Academy and holds an LL.M. from Peking University (PKU). He also has a specialization in behavioral economics from Universidad del Pacifico and a specialization in AI Governance from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He has completed training in AI policy with distinction from the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP).
As an active member of civil society, he participated in the consultation process for public policy instruments, including UNESCO’s RAM study in Peru.

Rubiela Gaspar is a Peruvian Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a specialization in constitutional justice from the University of Pisa, Italy.

She has been a research intern at the Observatory of the Inter-American Human Rights System of the Institute of Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), a fellow of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in the case section, and a collaborator of the Constitutional Court of Peru, for more than three years.
