Maya Cléré is an AI Consultant for UNESCO. She is the primary author of the UNESCO report “AI and education: Protecting the rights of learners”, and contributing author to the UNESCO report “The right to education: past, present and future directions” (primary author of the subsection on “Digitalization and AI”, p.41).

Parallel to her professional role, after earning a LL.M. in Artificial Intelligence Law from the Institut Catholique de Paris, she is pursuing an MSc in Sustainability & Social Innovation at HEC Paris. She also teaches as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Institut Catholique de Paris, delivering second- and third-year courses within the Bachelor of Law programme.

Maya has worked at the intersection of the public sector and digital technologies, specifically AI, in roles at UNESCO, URBAN AI, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and CNRS. Thanks to her work on AI, she was selected as one of the 40 Forbes Women 2025 by Forbes France, and was appointed as a Young AI Leader within the ITU’s AI for Good programme.

In her free time, she volunteers on projects such as the Dinoume Aima app, a digital platform for blood donation in Greece, and holds certifications including “Power and Influence for Positive Impact” from Harvard Business School, “AI and Digital Transformation in Government” from the University of Oxford, and “Elements of AI” from the University of Helsinki.

Working at the intersection of AI and the public sector, her ambition is to ensure that AI supports equitable, sustainable, and rights-centred innovation.

Medina specializes in cybersecurity policy, AI governance, and digital risk management. She is currently with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she manages cybersecurity initiatives and AI-related work streams. Medina is an active member of We and AI, a UK-based nonprofit dedicated to enhancing public understanding and engagement with artificial intelligence. She also serves as an editor for Springer’s AI and Ethics journal, contributing to the Topical Collection on AI Hype. Medina holds a Master’s degree in Global Governance and Ethics from University College London (UCL), where her research focused on cyber policy and generative AI.

Masian Parkire serves as an Impact Lead for the Young AI Leaders Community at AI for Good, a program under the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations agency dedicated to information and communication technologies (ICTs). In this role, she tracks and reports on project effectiveness, aligns initiatives with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and ensures that AI-driven solutions contribute to social good.

Her expertise spans community development, technology integration, and sustainable innovation. With a deep understanding of how artificial intelligence can drive positive change, Masian is committed to leveraging AI for impactful, community-driven solutions. She collaborates closely with the Kajiado Hub leadership, overseeing key performance indicators, monitoring project alignment, and ensuring initiatives address local needs effectively.

Masian’s passion for ethical AI and youth empowerment is rooted in her extensive experience working with Indigenous communities, particularly in advocating for sustainable pastoralism and rangeland management. As a skilled software developer, she brings a technical perspective to her leadership, focusing on the development of digital tools and platforms that support social impact. Her work emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and the responsible use of technology to create long-term solutions for underserved communities.

Through her role at AI for Good, Masian is dedicated to fostering an environment where young leaders harness AI’s transformative power to tackle global challenges. Minal Bansal is a passionate and forward-thinking individual with a strong drive to create smart, human-centered technology. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at Brandenburg Technical University, she brings together a solid academic foundation and a thoughtful approach to solving real-world problems. Whether it’s finding ways to make everyday systems more intuitive or designing user-friendly tools, Minal is always drawn to ideas that create meaningful impact.

She has gained hands-on experience across various roles, most recently at BMW Group, where she worked on personalizing in-car climate settings using machine learning as part of her thesis. Her earlier internship at BMW focused on the MyBMW app, where she built an NLP-based automation tool and developed dashboards to monitor content quality. From developing data pipelines to working with computer vision and language models, she enjoys exploring different areas of AI and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Minal’s core strengths include predictive modelling, data analysis, natural language processing, and building end-to-end ML pipelines. She enjoys working across disciplines and technologies, always aiming to create solutions that are both efficient and user-friendly.

Outside of her professional life, Minal enjoys staying active through yoga, biking, and dance. She also volunteers her time in community initiatives and finds joy in photography and mindfulness practices. Kevine gained extensive experience in organizational communication through a professional degree from the Institute of Information, Communication, and Arts Sciences (ISICA) at the University of Lomé. Deeply interested in digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and all things related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), she has furthered her knowledge in digital marketing and communication through LinkedIn and Google certifications. She has also earned a certificate in “AI for Everyone” from the Force-N program of the Université Numérique Cheikh Hamidou Kane and a MEALDPro certification from Humentum. Kevine is currently pursuing a project management course on Coursera.

First Woman in Mexico to be selected as Commander of the First Latin American Analog Research Mission to Mars in the Kingdom of Spain, First Analog Astronaut from the State of Oaxaca, awarded by the Senate of the Republic in Mexico, and recognized as an inspiring Mexican by the National Institute of Women in Mexico, she is a Lawyer, Astrobiologist and pioneer in the promotion of space sciences and sustainable development in Latin America, being President of the Science, Innovation and Technology Commission in Mil Mentes by Mexico and International Representative of the Institute of Astrobiology of Colombia. Recognized as one of the changing faces of science and technology worldwide by UN Geneva, CERN and ITU in 2024, as well as the first local leader of the international NASA space apps challenge in Oaxaca in 2024 ,Ambassador of the ISS and currently National Promoter of the 2030 Agenda of Mexico.

In 2024, she was recognized and published in the magazine “Casa de Mexico” by the Institute of Mexicans Abroad. She also has various publications from important institutions such as UN Mexico, the Mexican Embassy in Switzerland and the Mexican Embassy in Spain. She has an Honoris Causa Doctorate from the Doctoral Faculty of Global Leaders Honoris Causa and was selected as an Authentic Woman 2024 by The Global School for the New Leadership (Women leaders in Spanish-speaking government, business and/or NGOs who, due to their authenticity, have inspired others to lead are recognized), this recognition was presented at The New Global School in Vienna, Austria.

Murillo Salvador serves as the Geneva Hub Leader for the Young AI Leaders community at AI for Good, where he works to create meaningful connections between young innovators and Geneva’s international ecosystem. His vision centres on harnessing AI’s potential to catalyse new forms of collaboration and collective action in addressing global challenges.

Alongside this role, Murillo is pursuing doctoral research at the University of Geneva’s Department of Sociology. His research examines how international organizations harness multistakeholder platforms and public communication activities to facilitate global cooperation around emerging technologies, with a special focus on artificial intelligence.

Drawing from his professional experience in communications and stakeholder engagement at international bodies including the OECD, Murillo is passionate about building bridges between academic research and practical implementation. As a teaching assistant at the University of Geneva and web culture expert at poliScope – the University’s platform for secondary schools – he brings valuable experience in mentoring young people and translating complex situations into actionable projects.

As a member of the AI for Good Young AI Leaders community, he aims to promote an environment where young pioneers can develop action-oriented capacities that align with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
