Participation remains free for ITU Member State delegations, UN agencies, civil society delegations, and those under 18, with discounts for ITU Sector Members, Associates, and Academia members. Please select your category below.

Delegates from ITU Member States are entitled to complimentary Gold Passes. Please register using your TIES-accredited ITU user account and email in order to validate the discount in the shopping cart. Additionally, ITU Member States will receive a delegation package of one or several complimentary Leaders Passes, allocated based on each delegate’s level of involvement. This is designed to ensure the full participation of the delegation in all dedicated activities. Please see here for more information regarding the TIES-accreditation process. If you would like to purchase Passes beyond your Member State’s delegation package, you may do so below.

Staff members of the UN System are entitled to a complimentary Gold Pass. Please register using your official UN email address and/or TIES-accredited ITU user account linked to your official UN email address in order to validate the complimentary Pass in the shopping cart.

Additionally, UN system delegations will also receive a complimentary Leaders Pass(es), distributed based on the level of involvement of each delegate. For further details about the accreditation process, including information Leaders Passes, please contact ai@itu.int.

ITU Sector Members, Associates, and Academia Members are entitled to a 25% discount on all Passes. Please register using your TIES-accredited ITU user account and email in order to validate the discount in the shopping cart. Discounts are not cumulative and cannot be applied simultaneously to a Pass.

Youth under 18 benefit from a complimentary Discovery Pass. Students with a valid student ID benefit from a 50% discount on all passes. Please reach out to ai@itu.int for next steps. Discounts are not cumulative and cannot be applied simultaneously to a Pass.

NGOs accredited at the UN Office at Geneva are entitled to two complimentary Gold Passes. Participants representing NGOs are kindly requested to coordinate internally within their respective delegations to determine the designated recipients of the complimentary Gold Passes. The final list must be submitted exclusively by the official email address of the accredited NGO’s focal point, as indicated in the list of NGO’s accredited at the United Nations at Geneva. Please note that passes cannot be transferred to individuals outside of the organization. If you would like to purchase Passes beyond your organization’s delegation package, you may do so below.
