We, the undersigned, hereby confirm that the company named above:
We affirm that our company is not and has not been affiliated with activities listed above.
If the company is involved in any of the above-mentioned activities, we commit to informing ITU and providing relevant details regarding such involvement to duediligence@itu.int,
Liability and Remedies: In the event that the company’s endorsement of this Declaration is found to be false or misleading, it shall be deemed in breach of its Agreement with ITU. As such, ITU shall be entitled to terminate the company’s Agreement with ITU for cause, expulse it from the Event without refund and claim any pending Participation Fee. In addition, the company shall cooperate fully with ITU and cover any associated costs to resolve the matter, shall indemnify and hold ITU harmless for all losses, damages (including reputational damage) or liabilities that may arise as a result of the company’s conduct, errors, omissions, or any misleading or inaccurate information submitted in relation to this Declaration.
