Yinzi Jin

Dr Yinzi Jin, Deputy Director, Researcher Professor, Doctoral supervisor of Department of Global Health, School of Public Health, Peking University. Dr. Jin has been engaged in the study of global health systems, global health governance and development cooperation for health. Dr Jin’s research focuses on the adoption and diffusion of innovations in health systems and developing innovative ways to implement and evaluate complex health system interventions that deliver integrated healthcare to low-income populations with most of interests in emergency medical services. Dr. Jin’s research projects have covered countries from Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and some Africa countries that along Belt and Road, funded by China National Natural Science Foundation, China Medical Board, World Health Organization, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, etc. Based on the studies, she has published more than 70 peer-reviewed papers as a corresponding or first author, and has been invited to present in several international academic conferences, including the Global Health Symposium on Health Systems Research, Prince Mahidol Award Conference, World Health Summit, etc. Dr. Jin has served as Secretary-General of China-ASEAN Science and Technology Cooperation Center for Public Health since 2023, Governance Board Member of Emerging Voices, Health Systems Global for the Western Pacific region during 2020 and 2022, China representative of Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Global Health Education Committee since 2020. Dr. Jin is also serving as consultant of the Chinese delegation for the World Health Organization Executive Board, World Health Assembly, and G20 Joint Finance and Health Ministers’ Meeting.
