Vinay Kaushik

Dr. Vinay Kaushik is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Sonepat. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Vision from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where he focused on self-supervised scene depth and ego-motion estimation. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Applications from IIT Delhi and a B.Tech in Computer Science from MAIT, GGSIPU, India. His prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at VueMotion Labs, where he worked on AI-driven human motion analysis using computer vision. Dr. Kaushik’s research spans Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Generative AI, SLAM and AI for Social Good. He has published extensively in top-tier international conferences and journals, and has been actively involved in organizing several prominent workshops in AI, AgroVision, BiomedicalVision and multimedia.
