Sneha Jain

Sneha is an IP litigator specializing in cross-border intellectual property disputes, multi-jurisdictional arbitrations, and a broad spectrum of technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) matters. Her expertise spans content regulation, free speech, privacy and data protection, sports broadcasting, new media, and patent litigation—particularly in pharmaceutical and standard-essential patent (SEP) cases.

With extensive experience in dispute resolution, she regularly leads or supports cases before all levels of Indian courts, including the High Court (HC) and Supreme Court (SC), as well as tribunals such as TDSAT, IPAB, and FCAT.
