Shantanu Jha

Shantanu Jha

Shantanu Jha is an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science PhD student in the Engineering Quantum Systems group at MIT. He previously worked as a software engineer on AI Privacy and Security at Facebook, designed superconducting quantum computers at Yale, and built quantum cascade laser transceivers at Harvard. 

As an undergraduate student, Shantanu founded the Yale undergrad Quantum Computing (YuQC) group and Quantum Coalition. 

For fun, Shantanu enjoys woodworking, watching anime, and open-source development.
