Roy Burstin

Roy Burstin is the co-founder and CEO of eno, a neurotechnology company creating personalized, biometric-driven audio experiences that support mental wellbeing. Through real-time EEG feedback and adaptive soundscapes, eno helps users better connect with their physical selves to achieve focus, calm, and emotional clarity.  Before launching eno, Roy served as CEO of mitú, the leading digital media brand for young Latinos, where he helped grow the platform into a cultural powerhouse. He also co-founded Moonshot LA, an incubator that supports purpose-driven founders building ventures at the intersection of technology, wellness, and social impact.

Roy’s background spans 25+ years of leadership in digital media, pay TV, XR, and e-commerce. He holds an MBA from Wharton, advanced degrees from the Lauder Institute, and a BA from Amherst College—experiences that shaped his belief in conscious innovation and tech-enabled human growth.
