Utilizing satellite data and artificial intelligence, he led projects assessing the environmental consequences of conflict, turning complex data into actionable policies that supported multilateral decision-making.

At the Organization of American States, Radulf contributed to drafting resolutions targeting illegal mining, deforestation, and wildlife trafficking. His work emphasized the integration of sustainable practices with technological innovation, addressing both environmental and human security. During his tenure at the US Department of Defense, he utilized open-source intelligence and satellite imagery to dismantle Captagon trafficking networks in Syria, enhancing stability across the Middle East and strengthening global security.
