Nida Hannan

Nida is an experienced change and transformation practitioner, specialising in people-centred digital, and sustainability transformations. Her experience spans across both internal and consultancy roles in industries including: finance, manufacturing, education, publishing and pharmaceuticals.

With expertise in strategy development and implementation, culture change, behavioural science, and organisational psychology, Nida enables organisations to innovate, navigate complex transformations, and achieve sustainable growth while empowering their people to thrive.

Nida’s ability to drive human-centred digital transformations, and ability to navigate the role of technology in advancing society is underpinned by her First Class BSc (Hons) degree in IT Management for Business from The University of Manchester. Her passion for leveraging technology to drive societal good was evident in her dissertation, which explored how homelessness charities could improve service delivery through technology.

Nida’s commitment to embedding purpose into business practices was exemplified through her pivotal role in NatWest Group’s Embedding Purpose Team. Here, she helped implement the organisation’s pioneering purpose-driven strategy. Her dedication to sustainability was further enriched by completing an executive education course in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

Her current role as Change Lead at Cambridge University Press & Assessment focuses on building the capabilities and conditions across the organisation to responsibly align AI usage to support the evolving needs of learners, teachers, and colleagues. Nida is driven by working on purpose-driven, future-focused complex transformations that have a direct impact on society.

Driven by a strong sense of responsibility to ensure AI is used for good in the most responsible, inclusive and sustainable way, Nida hopes her role as a Young AI Leader will help to shape the best outcomes for this generation and the next.
