Narmeen Almarzooqi

Narmeen Almarzooqi is a Computational Systems student at Zayed University with
experience across AI applications in journalism, finance, sustainability, archives, and
healthcare, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to AI-driven solutions.

As a WorldSkills Champions Trust Representative for the MENA region, Narmeen
advocates for skills development in fostering innovation and empowering youth through
vocational education. She collaborates with industry leaders to promote skills excellence
and inspire careers in technical fields. She is also a Future Sustainability Leader at
Masdar, contributing to collaborative projects focused on climate action, sustainable
development, and policy-making.

In her role as Regional Lead for the Abu Dhabi Hub of the Young AI Leaders Community,
Narmeen is responsible for coordinating AI for Good projects across multiple hubs,
ensuring cross-regional collaboration, and aligning initiatives with the United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She fosters communication between hubs,
facilitates resource-sharing, and works with stakeholders to enhance AI's societal impact.
Her leadership is focused on building interdisciplinary partnerships that promote inclusivity
and innovation.

Narmeen aims to bridge gaps between technology and governance, ensuring that AI
solutions are both impactful and accessible across diverse sectors. Her background in
research, competitions, and global initiatives allows her to guide young leaders in
leveraging AI for social good while maintaining ethical and sustainable practices.
