Luis Eduardo is a EmTech Innovation Project Leader at Mostla (means tomorrow in nahuatl), within the Educational Technology Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey. His main objective is to lead projects that effectively incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the teaching-learning process at high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs. In this role, he collaborates with faculty and multidisciplinary teams to design solutions that optimize the student experience, foster active learning, personalize content, and develop key competencies for the future. He continues to explore and design pilot projects that leverage various educational tools to optimize teaching and learning. In this position, he actively contributes to the development of solutions aimed at both teachers and students, driving educational transformation and aligning innovations with real-world classroom needs.

He has worked for the Living Lab at the Institute for the Future of Education, where he provided consulting services in EdTech startups, and experimented with educational technology and biometric devices for Multimodal Learning Analytics (MMLA). He also managed media, and social networks, and participated in events, while supporting academic process management and online service automation within the Scholar Services Department.

He graduated from the B.Sc. in Engineering Physics program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he had the opportunity to specialize in the study of nonlinear dynamic systems and chaos theory. This solid scientific and analytical foundation has enabled him to gain an in-depth understanding of complex processes, which is essential for designing and evaluating initiatives that integrate AI into educational environments.
