I am a connector and a builder. I enjoy working to understand the needs of a group intimately, then build frameworks and establish actions to actualise the product or service needed to attend to their needs and further the bigger mission. 

Community Building

Alongside my project work, community building is one of my passions. I focus on finding what the core needs and opportunities are in the space and then going above and beyond to actualise it. I do this by building stakeholder maps, conducting primary and secondary research and establishing an initial understanding of the dependencies within the space.

Learning pathway creation and delivery 

I started tutoring and mentoring during Law School and have continued to do so post. I taught Debating, Model United Nations and English Language and Literature. Later, I started developing and delivering learning pathways unique to each of my students. These are focused on their interests, building their critical thinking and confidence to actualise their goals. I continue to mentor three students and enjoy researching, creating and delivering my  fine tuned programs 

Project management

At work, my most recent achievement is: 

Accelerated the delivery of a new UK Government border security service by leading cross-functional teams, achieving MVP completion 6 weeks ahead of schedule

Aligned senior stakeholders on project vision, mission, and service adoption strategies by facilitating targeted workshops, ensuring a unified direction

Optimised Agile execution by developing structured project artefacts, enhancing planning, risk mitigation, and sprint efficiency|

Drove actionable improvements by designing and implementing a user testing framework involving 80+ organisations, leading to data-driven service enhancements

Empowered client teams through expert-led knowledge-sharing sessions on Landscape Analysis, Wireframing, and User Testing, strengthening their in-house capabilities
