Emmanuelle Bres

Emmanuelle (Emma) Bres is an R&D engineer at Wandercraft, where she participates in the development of motion planning and control algorithms for the groundbreaking Personal Exoskeleton. Bres received degrees in both biomechanics and robotics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne and at the CNAM in Paris. Prior to her time at Wandercraft, she worked with large data models for MRI volumetric quantifications at Siemens followed by experiments in ensuring device safety, quality, and efficacy at Perifit, a medical device company. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of robotics to enhance human mobility, Bres’ work at Wandercraft is pivotal for the Personal Exoskeleton’s stand-up and sit-down actions and advancing the technology toward FDA clearance in the United States.
