    Since the human face is the most natural and intuitive interface for communication, replicating this through robotics makes advanced AI technology more accessible to people of different backgrounds and abilities. This talk explores my body of research into cost-effective, sustainable, and life-like humanoid robots for education and healthcare. In education, these robots offer a hands-on, engaging way to teach core AI and STEM concepts. In healthcare, their familiar and expressive design supports meaningful, recognisable interactions that enhance patient engagement and comfort
