    The inaugural event will set the stage for the series highlighting the importance of AI in humanitarian action. It will demonstrate how organizations can use the AI For Good platform to collaborate efficiently and leverage AI in ways that align with the humanitarian principles. Participants will gain essential knowledge on the use-cases on AI in humanitarian action and learn to use it as tool within ethical principles. 

    Key components of the event include: 

    • Introduction to AI for Humanitarian Action: Delve into the importance of AI in humanitarian efforts and how the AI For Good platform facilitates collaboration. 
    • Show-case Experiences: Engage with interactive sessions to explore real-world applications. 
    • Ethical Considerations: Discuss the ethical implications of AI in humanitarian contexts and strategies for responsible AI deployment and without compromising the humanitarian principles. 

    By the end of this event, participants will have a stronger foundation in utilizing AI to address real-world humanitarian challenges. The inaugural event will be moderated by the IASC secretariat, inviting all IASC partners to join the AI for Good humanitarian platform.
