30 Seconds for Humanity is a hands-on, fast-paced creative sprint where participants work in teams to create 30-second AI-generated short films centered around themes such as peace, climate action, equity, and digital inclusion. No prior experience in AI is required, just imagination and a willingness to experiment. And you receive FREE access to OpenAI’s model Sora for one full year!* Hosted by filmmaker Reza Sixo Safai, with support from OpenAI, this workshop invites participants of all backgrounds, students, creatives, technologists, and changemakers, to explore the power of storytelling with generative video tools. During 75 minutes, teams will ideate, prompt, edit, and premiere their short films in a showcase that blends purpose with creativity. The goal? To explore how AI can amplify voices and spark change, one frame at a time. This workshop is part of the AI for Good Film Festival 2025.
