Marcus’ 30-year career includes the role of CEO of the XPRIZE Foundation, a leading non-profit that leverages prize-based incentive competitions to crowd-source and spark breakthrough technology innovations to help solve humanities grandest challenges.  Marcus also has an extensive career as a Partner (Executive) in leading global Management Consulting Firms, specifically at Deloitte Consulting and Bain Consulting, where he helped lead the innovation and digital transformation practices, advising and working with heads of state governments and leading global corporate executive teams.  Currently Marcus is the founder and CEO of an Educational non-profit organization – ExponentialDestiny.org – that specializes in entrepreneurial training and mentorship of youth in low-income communities, to help upskill them for new-economy careers.  In addition, Marcus and his team (former youth Mentees) at Exponential Destiny specialize in working with public schools and after-school-programs around the world to introduce and define new educational pedagogies that leverage powerful new innovative capabilities – AI, virtual/augmented reality – to dramatically improve education and learning in underserved/budgeted communities.  Marcus is a World Economic Forum advisor on the “4th Industrial Revolution”, and has published many research papers and articles on the business and society implications as a result of exponentially emerging disruptive technologies.  Marcus is based between Los Angeles, California and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
