Can AI truly replace human learning, or can it deepen it? Mark’s keynote explores how AI, when trained on human knowledge and values, can become not just a tool of automation, but a collaborative force for human growth.

Using the symbolic and strategic language of chess, SenseRobot President Mark Ma will share how AI-powered physical robots are being deployed to enhance cognitive development in youth, foster intergenerational connection in families, and enable inclusive engagement for people with disabilities.

Participants will gain insight into how the foundations of AI, rooted in mathematics, game theory, and human creativity, reveal a deeper truth: AI is built of the people, by the people, and for the people. From AlphaGo’s evolution to SenseRobot’s real-world adoption, this keynote reimagines the human-machine relationship as one of co-evolution rather than replacement.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how embodied AI can serve as a bridge between technology and ethics, tradition and innovation, and data and empathy, all within the reflective space of the chessboard.
